About Shoko

Hello, I’m Shoko Takashita.

I’m a Pilates instructor and Physical Therapist from Japan, currently based in Amsterdam.

I have been teaching Pilates to women of all ages, with a special focus on beginners, prenatal and postnatal women, and those who want to feel better in their daily lives by improving their posture and addressing physical discomfort.

My goal is to support your health at every stage of life with safe and effective movement.
